These terms govern your use of this website and your entry into competitions run by Apex Card Co Competitions ("we", "us", "our"). By entering a competition you accept these terms together with any specific terms published on that competition's page.

1. Who we are

2. Eligibility

4. Free entry route

Where a competition offers a paid entry, a genuine free entry route is also available on equal terms. Full details of how to enter for free are published on the relevant competition page. Free entries have the same chance of winning as paid entries.

5. The draw and winners

Winners are selected fairly using our draw process, and the result is published after the draw. We will contact winners using the details on their account, and prizes are fulfilled as described on the competition page.

6. Cancellations and refunds

7. Acceptable use
